FAQs

Q:   What is included?

A:    This depends on the package.

All packages are custom designed to fit your needs. Chalkboard menus available upon request if our services are needed in your package.

 

Q:    Can we rent just the bar and its belongings?

 

A:     Yes, we offer this package for just $549, but we charge an additional deposit with this option that is returned to you after the event. If alcohol is involved, you are also required to obtain a liquor liability insurance policy as our policy does not cover bartenders other than our own or self-serve options. This option is also, only available within 40 miles from 44001.

Q:    Do you supply the mixers, drink ware, napkins, straws and ice?

A:    We do not include this in our price, but we do offer this as an add on option. With each party being so unique, we wanted to keep initial cost down, and offer this only to those who need it, or request it. We have different package tiers, and we offer a free consultation to discuss this. Pricing depends on the guest count and the needs of the client, so we do this by providing a quote to each party individually.

Q:      Do you supply alcohol?

A:      We do not sell or supply alcohol. We offer a free consult to help design your menu and assist with your purchases. We may include a list of our favorite cocktails as well as some suppliers for the ingredients upon request.  

 

Q:     What other types of services do you offer?

A:      We offer a champagne wall or services, table service, a coffee station, and rentals such as wine barrels, a bourbon barrel table, donut wall, boho bar stools, peacock chair, balloon garland, wooden crate cupcake stand. Any of these may be added on to your package at any time up until 14 days prior to event.

Q:      Are you insured?

A:      Yes, indeed! We have general business insurance, full coverage insurance on the trailer, and liquor liability! We may include your venue on our day of agreements if needed. 

​

Q:     Do you have a tap for beer?

A:      Yes, we offer 1 full size kegerator which could hold a single full keg. There is a CO2 fee of $35, if you decide to use this as an option to your guests.  We set this up if your package is including our service, however we are not responsible for tapping a keg if our staff is not providing the service. Kegs do need to be stored at a very specific temperature and handled very carefully, so we recommend making sure that this option is the best for you and your guests. We always have a hand pump as back up to put your mind at ease.

Q:     Will your bartenders cut off our guests at any time? 

A:      We want everyone to have a memorable time. However, if we feel a person is too intoxicated to serve, we will make our best judgement to cut them off. With respects to you as a client, we will also stop serving a guest if it is requested by you as the host. 

​

Q:     Is there a limit as to what you will serve? 

A:     Our packages are set for us to include service of up to 2 beers, 2 signature drinks, 2 wines, 2 shots, 2 NA beverages and water. If you would like a full bar, there will be an additional fee of $100. 

Also, If your venue limits the selection, we must abide by their guidelines.

Q:     What is your service range?

A:     We travel 40 miles included in the price of the package and only charge $1.50 per mile after that. We prefer to stay within 120 miles from 44001 but have made exceptions in the past. Just ask, we do our best to provide service to all interested clients. 

​

Q:     How many hours of service is included with mobile bar rental with bartending service?

A:     We serve for 5 hours included in the price of the package. If you would like additional hours of service, we only charge $50 per hour, per bartender. 

​

Q:     Does the bar have electric?

A:   Our bar is equipped with outlets, surge protectors, extension cords, and lighting but we do need a power source to connect to. We hook up with a simple 110v outlet. If this is not an option, we can also run off a generator at an additional price for rental. We just need a heads up.

​

Q:     How do I know if my date is available? 

A:      We are working on a web design with a user friendly and efficient way to look at open dates but currently it is still a work in progress. Q:     How do I secure my date?

A:     $300 is required to hold your date. This is refunded after the event - assuming contract is followed, and no damages occur. Once your date is secured, your contract will be emailed. You will have 3 days to review, sign & return, and pay the deposit. If 3 days lapse and we do not receive your payment and contract, we can no longer hold the date.

Q:     What form of payment do you accept? 

A:     We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, check, or cash.

Q:     All of this sounds great, but I am wanting to talk to someone in person prior to making my decision to secure my date. How do I do that? 

A:    We offer a free consult to discuss how things work further into detail. Let us know and we will set it up.
